Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Integration Specialist to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of integrations between Celigo, NetSuite, Salesforce and Magento. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in system integrations, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to solve complex challenges with scalable solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Magento, and other systems using Celigo middleware.
• System Optimization: Monitor integration workflows to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
• Solution Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations that meet business needs.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure data exchange across systems while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support for system integration-related issues, addressing incidents and minimizing downtime.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Project Management: Manage integration-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Training and Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to provide training and insights into system functionalities and best practices.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on ERP and eCommerce platforms.
• Proven experience with Celigo integration platform and APIs for NetSuite and Magento.
• Strong understanding of ERP (NetSuite), MES/WMS (DataNinja) and eCommerce (Magento) platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python and experience building scripts to solve problems.
• Experience with data formats like JSON, CSV and XML.
